Sivi Pinot Dry Quality Bio-Organic Wine is also a great starter wine before a meal. The vines of this organic Pinot Grigio draw their strength from the sand and clay soil of East Slovenia, where they develop an extraordinary aroma. The strong, full-bodied body of this Pinot Grigio is accompanied by a fresh taste and ends in a fruity finale. This full-bodied white wine impresses with its fruity scent of PEACH, HONEYDEW MELON, SWEET LEMON and CITRUS.

LAŠKI RIZLING “WELSH RIESLING”
An organic Riesling that inspires with enormous freshness and liveliness. Its aroma is ripe, rich and fruity. GREEN APPLE, CITRUS and PEACH come together in a typical minerality of the origin is also clearly evident. It is a Riesling that is fun and immediately encourages you to take another sip. RUMENI MUŠKAT “YELLOW MUSCAT”
Yellow Muscat is a white grape variety that is considered the highest quality variant of the over 200 different types of Muscat.
This unique Slovenian organic with wine, known as a golden grape, is legendary for its intense and characteristic aromas of SWEET LEMON, GRAPEFRUIT, CANDIED ORANGE PEEL, LYCHEE, CITRUS BLOSSOMS, and NUTMEG

DIŠEČI TRAMINEC “GEWURTZTRAMINER”
Gewurtz- means spicy and -traminer means a white wine with a bouquet of roses.
This organic white wine is one of the top wines in the region and is vinified in East Slovenia.
The taste is light and fresh. The bouquet of the “Dišeči Traminec” shows TROPICAL FRUITS and ROSES. In addition, aromas of NUTMEG, CLOVES and MARZIPAN can be tasted. The wine shines in dark golden yellow.

In the vineyard, the use of fertilizers or chemicals (pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, GMO.) is prohibited..
Natural compounds
Farmers were required to use natural compounds for fungal and pest control with mechanical grass cutters. Organic grapes contain more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Kolenc Vineyard used a special, effective microorganism developed by Japanese scientists, meaning the soil got richer and provided more nutrition for the grapes. That’s why Vino Kolenc wines have such a high content of minerals, flavors, and fruitiness.
